The Predator Controls Digital Temperature Control Kit is engineered to install easily on any gas-powered smoker and can also be used on commercial cookers, fryers, and boiling pots. Designed for precise and reliable temperature management, the controller automatically cycles the burner on and off to maintain your desired cooking temperature.

At the core of the system is our 20kV Rapid-Fire 12V Ignition Module, delivering instant and consistent ignition. A built-in flame detection system shuts off the gas valve automatically if the burner fails to ignite within 20 seconds—providing essential safety and peace of mind. The unit also features an automatic restart function along with several intelligent safeguards.

Powered by a 12-volt rechargeable battery, the controller delivers approximately 10 hours of runtime on a single charge. A charger is included, allowing the system to run continuously while plugged in.
